December: Part I

Well, I did NOT mean for 23 days of December to pass before posting here. I feel like our month can be summed up with photographs, so I'm going to use my calendar and my phone pictures to show you what we've been up to.

But first, I promised you the "before" picture of our bedroom:

I realize it's not that terrible, but who doesn't love a "before and after?"

The children always love when I pull out the seasonal toys (Sydney is playing Santa, the others are reindeer):

It also means I find all kinds of pictures like this on my phone:

Sydney, Lorelei, and Ford all started playing basketball in December. This has added 2-3 practices/games per week to our schedule, which was for some reason news to me:
Ford is #1, and #7 to the right of him is the reason his team wins all their games, ha!

The (posed) picture of Sydney and Lorelei in their uniforms refuses download, which must be the Lord's way of telling me to leave it well enough alone and go downstairs to watch "NCIS" with Chet.

Happy Christmas Eve eve!
