On June 1st I was promoted from Lieutenant Junior Grade to Lieutenant! The little ceremony was held where I work, and the Commodore (my boss) administered the oath and Chet pinned the new Lieutenant bars on my collar. My friend Rachel was also promoted from Ensign to Lieutenant Junior Grade the same day!

Congrats, hon!!! I love that Chet had the honors too. Sorry I'm behind on my blog stalking and missed this important tidbit in convo. :) I hope the retirement ceremony you were the guest speaker at last week went well too.
