The Last Monthly Picture

Here it is, the 12-month picture (but first, look at the other eleven!):

If you're thinking, "Huh, that last picture looks different than the others", you'd be right. I waited until the evening before we left on our trip to West Palm Beach to take her 12-month photo, and the lighting was all wrong and everyone was in a weird mood and it just didn't turn out the way I wanted it to.  In fact, when I announced that it was time to take the 12-month picture, Chet said, "Didn't we just pay someone to do that?"  (Yes, Chester...but not this 12-month picture!  More on our official family photos later.)

Oh, well.  Here's what went on that evening (instead of packing, like we should have been doing):

Sydney "helped" this time, which made things...interesting. (She served as my test subject while Chet dressed Lorelei in her onesie.)

Chet tried covering up with the blanket and holding Lorelei in place...

...but she didn't like that (Sydney did).

Syd was mad that we kept telling her, "Please move!"
